NCHL collects personally identifiable information for availing its services and non-personally identifiable information when the users accesses NCHL’s website. NCHL in its role as the payment system operator also receives financial information related to payment transactions like bank account details of the sender, receiver and transaction amount.

NCHL incorporates confidentiality clause in its membership agreements and service agreements with the members, service vendors alike. Confirmation of adherence to confidentiality and information security controls is obtained on an annual basis from critical service vendors as per our compliance requirement. The Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into for Proof of Concept Testing and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing with the third parties. Besides, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.
