NCHL collects personally identifiable information for availing its services and non-personally identifiable information when the users accesses NCHL’s website. When registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, date of birth, login credential, security questions or other details to help you with your experience. Minimum personally identifiable information may be collected in order to fill out form as feedback or enter information on our site.

NCHL in its role as the payment system operator also receives financial information related to payment transactions like bank account details of the sender, receiver and transaction amount.

 NCHL may gather non-personally identifiable information while the user visits the website. Non-personally identifiable information means any information that is anonymous, which cannot be used to trace back to an individual. Such information may include IP address, device ID and search engine used.

 All the personally identifiable information collected are solely meant for the purpose of availing NCHL’s services and their usage are governed by the regulatory requirement and operating procedure of the systems. We may use such information in the following ways:

NCHL incorporates confidentiality clause in its membership agreements and service agreements with the members, service vendors alike. Confirmation of adherence to confidentiality and information security controls is obtained on an annual basis from critical service vendors as per our compliance requirement. The Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into for Proof of Concept Testing and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing with the third parties. Besides, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, promotional, or other uses.
